Furniture Rental and On-Site Services Information:
LEXPO is our exposition service provider of choice for both vendors and sponsors. LEXPO will be on site to help you with all your booth needs including, flooring, furnishing, tables, chairs and electricity.

Use this system to order any additional equipment or services such as electricity, internet or furniture. Follow the link below to LEXPO’s event list. Then scroll to the “Road to the Horse” event and click on the “Go to Store” button. You will then be prompted to enter “TBD” as booth placements aren’t assigned yet. Then be directed to an online store customized to our event.

Inbound and Outbound Shipping to Alltech Arena
Sponsors and vendors have two options for shipping packages to the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park.
- Through the Kentucky Horse Park directly. The Kentucky Horse Park has shipping charges for all incoming and outgoing shipping services. See their Fee Schedule here.
- Through LEXPO Exposition Services. See their Fee Schedule and Shipping Form above within the LEXPO Exhibitor Kit.
Vendor Placement
Vendors set up within the North Exhibit Hall of the Alltech Arena. Placements are not finalized till closer to the event, and are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Vendor Coordinator.

*Map is not to scale. Subject to change arrangement of aisles, booth numbers, placements. If you request a specific space it’s first come first serve and we do our best but there are no guarantees. Placement is assigned based on order applications are received.
